1. go to the Accounting - GL - Chart of Accounts
2. From the Cash Account Area - right click on the unwanted checking (that must have a zero balance) and select to Remove.
3. If hides the account from display and will not longer show in the Account Register. If wanted to re-activate an account - click on the View Menu and remove the check from Active Only - all accounts removed will display with Asterisks.Right click on the needed account and select Enable Remember to check that option again for Active Only after
